The workshop includes an 85-page teaching Manual (available in English, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Dutch, French, Chinese, Farsi, Finnish, Turkish and Hindi), as well as a Certificate, a practice cassette or CD and one bottle of Essence. The manual is presently being translated in Italian, Greek and Croatian.
